1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using JobJeeni, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What JobJeeni provides
JobJeeni provides technology that helps job seekers, skilled workers and recruiters discover jobs, candidates and related professional content. JobJeeni is not the employer for jobs posted by third-party recruiters and does not guarantee that a listing, candidate, interview, offer or hiring outcome will meet your expectations.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- Provide accurate information and keep your account details reasonably current.
- Keep passwords, OTPs and authentication credentials confidential.
- Use only accounts you are authorized to use and do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Recruiters must have authority to represent the company, consultancy or hiring party identified in their profile or job post.
4. Job posts and applications
- Recruiters are responsible for the accuracy, legality and authenticity of jobs they post.
- Job posts must not contain misleading compensation, unlawful requirements, scams, prohibited discrimination or requests for sensitive credentials such as passwords or OTPs.
- Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of profiles, applications, resumes, skills and experience they submit.
- Application statuses and platform labels help organize the hiring process but do not themselves create an employment contract.
5. Communications and contact information
JobJeeni may provide chat and, where enabled, call, WhatsApp or email contact options. Users are responsible for their communications and should use caution before sharing personal or financial information. JobJeeni may restrict communication features to protect users or platform integrity.
6. Feed and user content
You are responsible for content you post, upload or share. You must have the rights needed to share that content. By submitting content to features intended for display to other users, you authorize JobJeeni to host, process and display it as necessary to operate those features.
7. Prohibited use
- Fraud, scams, fake jobs, fake identities or deceptive recruiting practices.
- Harassment, threats, hateful or unlawful content.
- Requests for passwords, OTPs, banking credentials or other credentials that should remain private.
- Malware, automated abuse, scraping that disrupts the service, attempts to bypass security, or unauthorized access.
- Use of JobJeeni for unlawful activities or in violation of applicable employment, privacy or consumer-protection laws.
8. Verification and moderation
Verification badges or checks may indicate that a particular contact point or account detail completed a verification step. They are not a guarantee of a person, company, job or transaction. JobJeeni may review reports, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or take other reasonable action to protect the platform.
9. Third-party services and links
Some features may open third-party services such as maps, email, WhatsApp, cloud authentication or external websites. JobJeeni does not control those third-party services and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
10. Intellectual property
JobJeeni branding, software, interface elements and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse protected JobJeeni materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.
11. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance or respond to technical or security issues. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JobJeeni is provided on an “as available” basis. Users remain responsible for evaluating job opportunities, candidates, communications and off-platform transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or restrict accounts or content when reasonably necessary for security, policy enforcement, legal compliance or protection of users. You may stop using JobJeeni at any time and may use available account controls to manage your account.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
